REFUND POLICY
The products and/or services offered by Termas del Sol must be used by a specific holder and are only authorized for that holder, meaning they cannot be used by third parties. Therefore, the use of these products and/or services by anyone other than the holder is completely unauthorized.
Purchases made on www.termasdelsol.com through electronic means, and those where an offer is accepted via catalogs, advertisements, or any other form of remote communication, are not subject to the right of withdrawal. This is in accordance with Article 3 bis, letter b, of the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 19,496), and therefore customers and/or consumers cannot exercise this right.
In the event of the spa’s closure due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., health authorities prohibit any public activity in the Cochamó municipality), the consumer will have the exclusive and optional right to: a) reschedule their visit within one year from the occurrence of the unforeseen event or force majeure; or b) request a refund of the purchase price. To do so, the consumer must first send a request to the email contacto@termasdelsol.com, including the supporting information for their claim. Once the submitted information is reviewed and the refund is approved by management, the full amount paid will be refunded within 10 business days to the account of the purchase holder.
