REFUND POLICY
The products and/or services offered by Termas del Sol must be used by a specific owner and are only authorized for that owner. Therefore, they cannot be used by third parties. Consequently, the use of these products and/or services by anyone other than the owner is completely illegitimate.
Purchases made on www.termasdelsol.com through electronic means, and those where an offer made through catalogs, advertisements, or any other form of distance communication is accepted, are not subject to the right of withdrawal. This is in accordance with Article 3 bis, letter b, of the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 19.496), and therefore customers and/or consumers may not exercise this right.
In the event of the closure of the hot springs due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., a health authority prohibiting any activity open to the public in the municipality of Cochamo), the consumer will have the optional and exclusive right to: a) reschedule their visit within one year of the occurrence of the unforeseen circumstances or force majeure; or b) request a refund of the purchase price. To do so, the consumer must first send a request to the email address contacto@termasdelsol.com, including supporting documentation. Once the submitted documentation has been reviewed and the refund approved by management, the full amount paid will be refunded within 10 business days to the account of the original purchaser.
