Important Information

  • Your ticket to Termas del Sol is a day pass. There is no time limit on your experience.
  • Children are defined as guests between 2 and 12 years old. A valid ID or document must be presented to verify age. Children under 2 years old enter free of charge.
  • With your reservation, you secure entry at the time indicated on your ticket and do not need to wait to enter later when we are at full capacity.
  • We suggest arriving within the first 30 minutes after your reserved time (we recommend planning your trip in advance).
  • Please remember to bring your own towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated at all times.
  • If you have additionally booked the Ritual Patagónico, you will enjoy a 90-minute self-guided experience, starting at the time indicated in your ritual reservation. We recommend arriving at the Spa ticket office 15 minutes in advance for check-in.
  • Pets, external food, and beverages are not allowed.
  • Smoke-free facilities. Smoking is only permitted in the parking area.
