We are located at KM 81 on Route V-69, Los Cipreses HJ19. This is 4 km from the town of Río Puelo, in the Cochamó commune, Los Lagos Region. We are very close to Puerto Montt and Puerto Varas. You can find us on Google Maps. It will show you the exact location, distance, and travel time.

There are two routes available, and they boast incredible scenery! One is from Puerto Varas towards Cochamó, heading to Río Puelo, and the other from Puerto Montt towards Caleta Puelche, also heading to Río Puelo. Both have paved and gravel sections, and you don't need a 4x4 vehicle.

One of the two sections includes a ferry crossing. Puerto Montt has a barge/ferry crossing between Caleta La Arena and Caleta Puelche. To confirm service and schedules, you can contact them at 600 401 9000. You can also visit their website www.testuario.cl or their Facebook page: Transportes del Estuario. They also share updates on their Facebook page regarding normal operations.

We have two ways to enter. You can arrive directly and buy your ticket at the box office, or reserve by paying in advance.

Reservations can be made through our website www.termasdelsol.com

Simply choose your check-in time. We recommend booking for long weekends and holidays, as well as for the winter and summer holiday seasons.

We don't limit your experience! Your ticket is a day pass that lasts from the moment you enter until the venue closes, regardless of the ticket purchase option you have chosen (in person or reservation).

At the moment we have a single entrance line.

We aim to boost tourism in the area so we can all grow together, which is why we only offer the thermal baths experience for the day. You can find accommodation options in the area by searching on Booking.com, Airbnb, and Facebook, or we can help by sharing the information we have on our bulletin board. To share it with you, you can write to us at contacto@termasdelsol.com, on our Facebook page: TermasdelsolPuelo, or on our Instagram: @termasdelsol.

The water is 100% natural. It comes from underground aquifers. It is extracted by pumps and comes out at a temperature of 60°C. We do not add chemicals or cold water, so that it retains all its properties, and it is classified as sodium chloride water.

The water is heated naturally by aquifers originating from the magma chamber of the Yates Volcano. These waters mix with other aquifers from the Reloncaví Estuary, making them also saline. It is classified as sodium chloride water.

The pools cool down naturally with the weather and ambient conditions. Our team constantly monitors their temperature and, if they get too cold, hot water is added to regulate it.

We have accessible facilities. We have wheelchair ramps, so you can move around most of the premises without problems, except for the last pools, which are located in a viewing area. We also have accessible restrooms, changing rooms, and a cafeteria.

The whole family is welcome! We recommend consulting your pediatrician to discuss your specific situation. If your pediatrician advises against swimming, we suggest that babies only enter the cooler pools for short periods of no more than 10 minutes. For hygiene reasons, the use of a swim diaper is required. If you don't have one, don't worry! You can find them for sale at our ticket office.

We recommend consulting your doctor to confirm there are no contraindications. If the answer is yes, we suggest using the cooler pools in 10-minute intervals to avoid discomfort or risks.

Initially, this alternative was considered, however, it did not yield positive results due to the nature of the animals. For this reason, unfortunately, pets are not currently allowed.

We have a Wi-Fi network without a password, which you can easily connect to if you need to work or do something specific. That way, once you're ready, you can completely relax!

The entrance fee grants access to the grounds. This access allows you to enjoy all our facilities. As a matter of policy, everyone wishing to enter must purchase an entrance ticket. Currently, in addition to the pools, you'll find 300 meters of boardwalk in a unique natural setting, rest areas, a viewpoint overlooking the unnamed lagoon, terraces, and our delightful café!

We have a restaurant-style café with delicious products! Everything is homemade, made with love, and of the highest quality. Our café is for the exclusive use of those who have paid admission to the venue.

If you bring your own food, it can only be consumed in the parking area. We do not have picnic areas, and outside food is not permitted.

Send us an email to contacto@termasdelsol.com so we can review your case together and discuss the alternatives we can offer you.

Our original intention was for the minerals in the water to remain on the skin for a considerable time, so that the benefits of the thermal water would be greater. Currently, we have cold-water showers between the pools for cooling off.

The hot shower project has already been approved and we expect them to be available for use soon.

The parking lot is for daytime use only, during our operating hours.

Near the hot springs, there are beautiful places to spend the night. Many people stay on the beaches of the Reloncaví Estuary. You'll also find a path along the Puelo River bridge, with a beautiful view! There are also areas in the town of Puelo where you won't have any problems. It's a very peaceful area.
