We are located at KM 81 of route V-69, Los Cipreses HJ19. This is 4 km from the village of Río Puelo, Cochamó district, Los Lagos region. We are very close to Puerto Montt and Puerto Varas. You can find us on Google Maps. It will show you the exact location, distance, and travel time.

There are two routes available, and they have incredible landscapes! One is from Puerto Varas to Cochamó heading to Río Puelo, and the other from Puerto Montt to Caleta Puelche heading to Río Puelo. Both have paved and gravel sections, and you do not need a four-wheel-drive vehicle.

One of the two sections includes a ferry crossing. Puerto Montt has a ferry crossing between Caleta La Arena and Caleta Puelche. To confirm its operation and schedules, you can contact them at 600 401 9000. You can also visit their website www.testuario.cl or their Facebook page: Transportes del Estuario. On their Facebook, they also share updates on whether they are operating normally.

We have 2 ways to enter. You can come directly and buy your access ticket at the ticket office, or reserve by paying in advance.

The booking is through our website www.termasdelsol.com

You only need to choose the check-in time for your booking. We recommend booking for long weekends and holidays, as well as for winter and summer vacation seasons.

We do not limit your experience! Your ticket is a daily pass that lasts from the moment you enter until the venue closes, regardless of the ticket purchase option you have chosen (in-person or reservation).

At the moment, we have a single entry line.

We seek to boost tourism in the area so that we all grow together, which is why we offer only the thermal experience during the day. You can see the accommodation options in the area by searching on Booking, Airbnb, and Facebook, or we can help you by sharing the information we have on our bulletin board. To share it with you, you can write to us at contacto@termasdelsol.com, on our Facebook: TermasdelsolPuelo, or on our Instagram: @termasdelsol.

The water is 100% natural. It comes from underground aquifers. It is drawn by means of pumps and emerges at 60°C. We do not add chemicals or cold water, so it retains all its properties and is classified as Sodium Chloride type.

The water is naturally heated, thanks to underground waters coming from the magma chamber of Yates Volcano. These waters mix with other underground waters coming from the Reloncaví Estuary, so they are also salty waters. It is classified as Chloride-Sodium.

Swimming pools cool naturally with the weather and surroundings. Our team constantly checks their temperature and, if they become too cold, hot water is released again to regulate them.

We have accessible facilities. We have access ramps for wheelchairs, so you can move around most of the premises without problems, except for the last pools which are in a lookout area. We have accessibility for restrooms, dressing rooms, and the cafeteria.

The whole family is welcome! We recommend consulting the children's doctor to consider each particular case. If the answer is yes, we suggest that babies enter only the pools with the lowest temperature in short intervals of no more than 10 minutes. For hygiene reasons, the use of special swim diapers is required. If you do not have this type of diaper, do not worry! You can find them for sale at our ticket office.

We recommend consulting a doctor to confirm that there are no contraindications. If the answer is positive, we suggest using the cooler pools in intervals of 10 minutes to avoid discomfort or risks.

At first, this alternative was considered; however, it did not yield good results due to the nature of the little animals. For this reason, unfortunately, the entry of pets is not allowed at present.

We have a password-free Wifi network, which you can connect to without any trouble if you need to work or for something specific. That way, once you are ready, you can fully give yourself over to relaxation!

The price of the ticket is for access to the grounds. This access allows entry to enjoy all our facilities. As a rule, everyone who wishes to enter must pay for their entrance ticket. Currently, besides the pools, you will find 300 meters of boardwalk in a unique natural setting, resting areas, a lookout with a view of the Nameless Lagoon, terraces, and our delicious café!

We have a café-restaurant with exquisite products! All homemade, made with much love and top quality. Our café is for the exclusive use of those who have paid their entrance to the venue.

If you bring your own food, it may only be consumed in the parking area. We do not have picnic areas, and bringing food from outside the venue is not allowed.

Send us an email at contacto@termasdelsol.com, so we can look at your case together and see what options we can offer you.

Originally, our intention was for the minerals in the water to remain on the skin for a considerable time, so that the benefit of the thermal water would be greater. Currently, we have cold water showers between the pools to refresh yourself.

The project for the hot showers is already approved, and we hope they will soon be available for use.

The use of the parking lot is exclusively during the day and our hours of operation.

Near the hot springs, there are beautiful places to spend the night. Many stay on the beaches of the Reloncaví Estuary. You will also find a path next to the Puelo River bridge, with a beautiful view! There are also areas in the village of Puelo where you will have no problems. It is a very quiet area.
