Important Information

  • Your entry to Termas del Sol is a daily pass. We do not limit the time of your experience.
  • "Child" refers to those between 2 and 12 years old. They must present an ID or document to verify their age. Children under 2 enter for free.
  • With your reservation, you secure entry at the time indicated on your ticket and do not have to wait to enter later when we are at full capacity.
  • We suggest arriving within the first 30 minutes after your reservation time (we recommend planning your trip in advance).
  • Remember to bring your towel and water bottle to stay hydrated at all times.
  • If you also booked the Patagonian Ritual, you will enjoy a 90-minute self-guided experience that starts at the time indicated in the ritual reservation. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early at the Spa ticket office for registration.
  • No pets, outside drinks, or food are allowed.
  • Smoke-free facilities. Smoking is only allowed in the parking area.
